Website terms

This is a plain-language draft and has not yet been reviewed by an attorney.

Information only

This website describes BookingKY homes and services. Nothing on it is an offer to rent, a lease, an approval or a reservation.

Availability and pricing

Prices are starting monthly rents and may change. Availability isn't guaranteed and is confirmed only by management in writing. The signed lease governs every tenancy.

Housing requests

A housing request or waitlist entry doesn't guarantee a showing, approval, availability or priority. Requests are reviewed using the same criteria for everyone.

Wood Creek Lodge

Wood Creek Lodge is under construction and not open for reservations. Described rooms and amenities are plans and may change.

Third-party sites

Links to other websites, such as attractions, state license portals or screening providers, are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms.
